The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a data base of real estate (i.e. single family, multi-family, vacant land, commercial, farms/farmettes) for sale. When a Realtor® lists a property for sale, it is entered into the MLS where all licensed Realtors® will have access to the listings information to give to their customers and clients.  The public also has limited access to these listings through the following websites:

Search the Milwaukee area MLS.

Search the Madison Area MLS or South Central Wisconsin MLS (SCWMLS).

The MLS is a very powerful tool used for advertising real estate and reaches many more buyers than if you were selling as a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) alone!
